Cider by Baynes was founded in 2020. We are a small, family-run cider making business based in The Cotswolds.

We live and work in Cheltenham, with our cidery near Bredon.

REBORN

Our latest cider Reborn is made using a blend of cider apples, a bit of yeast, a bit of time and naturally sweetened with apple juice instead of sugar.

Transparency and simplicity are important to us. We saw a gap in the market for a fresh, fizzy, yet not too sweet, cider and wanted to fill it.
